- Applies to first full calendar month of active management.
- Current rent must be evidenced (AST or latest rent statement).
- Guarantee paid within 14 days of month-end, alongside normal statement.
- Property must be available to us for the full month (no owner-blocked weeks).
- One-time only, per property, on initial signing.
