My goal is simple: every one of my companies, fully autonomous. We are not there yet — today AI drafts and runs the routine; a named human approves every irreversible decision. I'm sharing the journey in the open — it should be fun to watch.

The Rebuild Plan — v1

Published July 2026. This page is a commitment, not a press release. Each quarter we score ourselves against it — including what didn’t hold. Nothing on this page gets quietly deleted; corrections are logged.

I’m rebuilding my three London companies — Big Ben Suite (property management), Big Ben Invest (the trading name of Cityy Ltd; overseas buyers), OverseasMED (my first UK company, being rebuilt) — to run on AI agents.

Where we are today: Level 1.AI drafts and runs the routine at Big Ben Suite; a named human approves every irreversible decision. What’s live is labelled live; what isn’t is labelled in rollout.

Where this goes: full autonomy — with a human approval gate on every irreversible decision. We are not there. This page is the map, step by step, with how each step gets measured:

Step 1 — Truth layer. Status: live, permanent.No public claim without evidence. In July 2026 we audited our own websites and removed numbers we couldn’t evidence — the corrections are logged in public. Measured by: the public corrections log on this page.

Step 2 — Drafting layer. Status: live at Big Ben Suite. Named agents draft pricing reviews, content, plans and audits; every draft waits for a human decision. Measured by: the weekly build log below — added, removed, broke, learned.

Step 3 — Customer-facing layer. Status: in rollout. The engine exists in code — deny-by-default, tested — but it is not connected to live customer channels yet. When it goes live, it will be labelled live. Measured by: live/in-rollout labels on every feature page.

Step 4 — Every company on the same operating system. Status: in rollout. Big Ben Invest and OverseasMED are being moved onto the same charter: agents draft, gates test, a named human signs. Measured by: per-company status on this page.

The commitment:every week gets a build-log entry. If a week is missed, the log says why. Quarterly, a said→did score against this page.

I share how I’m rebuilding my companies on AI agents. I don’t discuss active legal or tax matters.

One entry a week. Every “shipped” line carries a real artefact reference — a commit, a decision record or a claim-ledger entry — so nothing here can be embellished. Weeks with no customer-visible change say so.

  • Public-safe yield benchmark: the owner yield-estimator source notes re-based entirely on public market data (AirROI, Airbtics, Pass the Keys, Host My Nest — all re-verified 12 Jul). The Canary Wharf row now stands on public E14 2-bed nightly bands (£220–300) and the £216 City-of-London borough ADR instead of any private calendar. Occupancy is stated as the 74% London market median with its all-listing-vs-available methodology caveat; the 90-night entire-home cap is carried in the estimator's source notes and the resulting short-let + mid-term hybrid is shown in its Hybrid-Let comparison.   • Trust-audit fixes across the marketing site — named-founder chain in footer and schema, removed an unverifiable “5.0” rating, pinned the canonical May-2025 launch date. [commit 3a6443c · 2 Jul]
  • Wave-2 batch landed: 62 files — Turkish pages re-advertised with bidirectional hreflang, claim-ledger and fee single-source-of-truth guards — committed on a green 110-test run. [commit 600c54e · 4 Jul]
  • Organization schema cleaned up: sameAs now lists only the company's own profiles, stable @id added, Companies House founding date 2024-07-23 confirmed. [commit 31ae15e · 4 Jul]
  • robots.txt now names Claude-SearchBot and Claude-User in the AI-crawler allowlist. [commit e17c7d5 · 4 Jul]

Learned

Google's index was still showing a stale title for us while the live page was already correct. Index freshness and live accuracy are two different things — we now treat them as two separate problems.
