Why I built this
I have hosted guests in London for years. I know the flat owner's quiet anxiety: the unanswered phone at 2am, the cleaner who cancels, the tenant who disappears. I built Big Ben Suite so no owner I work with ever has to feel that anxiety again. A single steward, an accountable face, a written offer in 24 hours.
